How do I know the date my service will end?
Please reach out to Premier Wireless via phone or chat to verify the end date of your service. All end-users will receive an initial text message one month before their service ends, followed by a final notification one week before the service concludes.

01/06/2025 - The service end date for end-users initially scheduled for deactivation on 01/06/2025 has been extended to 02/06/2025.
Do I get to keep my phone?
Yes! As we said at the beginning of the program, the phone is yours to keep.
Will I be able to keep my phone number?
Yes! This process is known as port/porting your number. You can keep your existing number whether you switch to a Metro Mobile prepaid plan, or another carrier as long as this occurs before your deactivation date.
How do I keep my current number when switching to another phone carrier?
To port the number to Metro Mobile (or any other carrier of your choosing), you will be required to provide the following information to initiate the transfer:
- Account Number: 981247760
- PIN: 000000
- Billing Zip Code: 98503
Please note, if you decide to keep your current phone number you’ll need to complete the transfer (porting) process before your deactivation date.
When will T-Mobile unlock the phones?
T-Mobile will unlock your phone 5 days before your scheduled service end date, allowing you to switch to any carrier you choose.
Please note that if you decide to proceed with porting over, you'll need to complete the transfer process before your deactivation date, either 09/20/24 or 02/06/25.

Who will pay for the monthly service?
Your phone is yours to keep, and you have the option to take it to your preferred carrier to choose a plan that best fits your budget. If you decide not to continue, your phone will remain unlocked, giving you the flexibility to switch to another carrier at your convenience. There is no specific timeframe for this transition, as the device will remain unlocked indefinitely.

To confirm your eligibility with Access Wireless, you’ll need to provide your iPhone's IMEI and ICCID information. To locate this information:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap on General.
- Select About.
- Scroll down to find the ICCID and IMEI numbers listed near the bottom of the screen.
